 SMBT 3163 tECHNIQUES IN MOLECULAR BIOLOGY

Introduce students to techniques in gene manipulation, protein exoression, genomic cloning, cDNA, site directed mutagenesis, PCR and microarray. It emphasize on the basic concepts in genomic and proteomic studies, DNA sequences as well as application of gene therapies.
